When I think about dreams, I think about how much they resemble marshmellos; soft and fluffy on the outside but rich with flavor and sweet on the inside. Fragile and gone with a whiff of air but yet they are one of the main building blocks of our lives.
How so? In part, dreams are what have lead us to some of the greatest inventions the world has ever seen. Dreams are also what power are psyche to achieving greater heights and accomplishing, that which to some, may seem impossible and unattainable but in reality might just be there at the tips of our noses.
In life, we strive to make progress and better our situations. We look, look no…. hope to lift ourselves up and our loved ones with us to a better place, to enjoy the fruits of our labors and life. Hence, we dream of always moving forward and up to a better place. This is part of the fuel which powers us into achieving that which God has laid out for us, all of us.
You see, if we don´t dream then we are hollow shells fraught with lifeless thoughts and headed nowhere. In a sense, we depend upon our dreams to stimulate us into action. When we sense a necessity in our lives or in the lives of others who have some significance, we postulate, we think hard, we strategically move into action to realize the course of action which needs to be taken and hopefully, one day, we reach our objectives.
To make all this work, we need an ingredient super important and that ingredient is faith! We need not only to believe in ourselves or in others but in God. For He has created all that which is possible, all that which is substance and all that which we deem to be our objectives. God has made everything possible and nothing impossible, if in fact, we have faith.
I believe one of the greatest gifts He has given to us His creation is called the OPTION. The option to not only believe in ourselves and other but to believe in that which He allows us to partake of day in and day out and it is called life. The very lives we have and should hold dear, the people who mean so much to us and sometimes forsake, the happiness we have or do not realize we have, the things we have or think we do not have or for that matter need… this is all a part of our everyday lives.
So, in closing, I wish you all a beautiful life filled with faith and the hope you will dream on high, that you live your lives to the fullest and exercise your options for your own good and more importantly for the good of those around you and love.
A New Year filled with faith, hope, happiness and health for 2026!
Abraço,
Spencer
