Stopped by the Polícia Rodoviária Federal and you claimed it was a loan! What kind of bullsh*t is this?!?

What kind of bullsh*t is this?!? How?

Did  or will your family be claiming this on their income tax as a personal,  business or extraterrestrial loan? What kind of family keeps $ 220.050,00 mil  reais in the house?

$ 220.050,00  mil reais!?! Did you go with a family member to their bank and withdraw  the money in cash? If it was a legitimate loan, why not just transfer  the money by bank transfer? Correct? Why risk carrying that quantity of  cash in your car?

Date Received: 27/02/2024 Description: This is a court order for the return of R$220,050.00 seized in police investigation 099-01673/2017, requested by LEONARDO BERTUZI LEONARDELLI and HENRIQUE EDUARDO FERREIRA WAJSFELD. On page 220, the Public Prosecutor's Office requested the return of the amount seized. This is the brief report. I decide. Looking at case file 0000539-82.2018.8.19.0081, I see that the police investigation investigating the origin of the seized amount was closed. Therefore, since the illicit origin of the money has not been proven, it must be returned to the applicants. For the foregoing reasons, I GRANT THE APPLICATION TO ORDER THE REFUND OF THE AMOUNT OF R$ 220,050.00 seized in police investigation 099-01673/2017 to the applicants. A payment order should be issued using the details given on page 317 of case 539-82. Costs for the applicants. P.I. Once res judicata has been passed, it should be discharged and filed.
