SINOPSE - SYNOPSIS

Verdade 1 – No passado: HENRIQUE EDUARDO FERREIRA WASJFELD, você é o único responsável por mim, meu sócio e minha empresa termos recebido uma multa (2007) da Receita Federal, que agora chega a mais de três milhões de reais (R$ 3.000.000,00).

Verdade 2 – No passado: HENRIQUE EDUARDO FERREIRA WASJFELD, você é responsável por eu ter que pedir ao investigador da Receita Federal para aplicar o status “INATIVO” à minha empresa no início da investigação, quando eu lhes entreguei minha denúncia, e só o fez depois que eu lhes dei mais de um ano para investigar sua atividade, encontrei um documento faltando, ou assim eu pensei, e só então o investigador decidiu aplicar o status “INATIVO” à minha empresa. (Nesse momento, eu havia decidido que já bastava e fui diretamente ao Ministério da Justiça Federal e entreguei minha denúncia completa sobre quem estava envolvido e a série de eventos que levaram minha empresa a ser processada pela Receita Federal.

Verdade 3 – No passado: HENRIQUE EDUARDO FERREIRA WASJFELD, você me enviou um e-mail oferecendo dinheiro pela procuração da minha empresa e eu ignorei esse e-mail. (Que ainda tenho em minha posse.) Você e seu sócio na época, de fato, ligaram para minha ex-esposa e disseram a ela que tinham uma proposta para eu ganhar dinheiro. Eu estava presente naquele momento e disse a ela para desligar o telefone. Eu não queria ter nada a ver com você e seu sócio. E, somente depois que eu não respondi ao seu e-mail oferecendo-me um pagamento semanal por uma procuração que lhe permitisse usar minha empresa, você decidiu seguir em frente e produzir, com um software de computador, uma procuração fraudulenta e usá-la para realizar transações criminosas no valor de milhões, usando minha empresa. Seu sócio, que o ajudou a produzir a procuração fraudulenta, me contou na minha cara exatamente como você e ele produziram a procuração fraudulenta.

Verdade 4 – Atualidade: HENRIQUE EDUARDO FERREIRA WASJFELD, você e eu estávamos esperando para entrar na sala de conferências de um juiz (Tribunal - Largo do Batalha, Niterói, RJ) e você, Henrique, concordou em me ajudar a descobrir informações relativas a um determinado indivíduo e, em troca, eu concordei em retirar este blog da internet e assinei um acordo para fazê-lo.

Verdade 5 – Atualidade: HENRIQUE EDUARDO FERREIRA WASJFELD, você não cumpriu sua palavra desde o dia em que apertamos as mãos no Fórum (Fórum - Largo do Batalha, Niterói, RJ). Como comprovado pelo fato de que, até hoje, você não cumpriu sua palavra comigo, por esse e outros motivos, este blog permanecerá na internet.

Verdade 6 – Atualidade: Declaro, como já fiz anteriormente desde 2002, repetidamente, que me colocarei à disposição das autoridades com o objetivo de me reunir com elas e me submeter a um exame de polígrafo sobre todos os fatos que declarei aqui nestas páginas da internet. Agora, pergunto-lhe: “você fará o mesmo”? Vamos lá, cara, vamos fazer isso!

Verdade 7 – Atualmente: Portanto, vamos orar para que o senhor, HENRIQUE EDUARDO FERREIRA WASJFELD, marque uma data e hora para nos encontrarmos na Delegacia da Polícia Federal local (equivalente ao FBI no Brasil), onde o senhor poderá admitir seus crimes contra mim, meu sócio e minha empresa. Assim, você tirará dos meus ombros esse fardo insuportável que carrego há mais de vinte anos e que me impede de me envolver em empreendimentos legítimos, ganhar a vida e viver como um ser humano normal.

Deus perdoa, mas primeiro ajoelhar-se e implorar por perdão torna-se um ato de aceitação contínua de Sua presença e palavra em nossos corações e almas.

Truth 1- In the past: HENRIQUE EDUARDO FERREIRA WASJFELD, you are solely responsible for me, my partner and my company receiving a fine (2007) by Receita Federal (Brazilian Internal Revenue Service), now amounting to more than three-million Brazilian dollars (R$3,000,000.00).

Truth 2 – In the past: HENRIQUE EDUARDO FERREIRA WASJFELD, you are responsible for my having to ask the Receita Federal Investigator to apply “INACTIVE” status to my company at the beginning of their investigation when I gave them my denuncia and only did so after I allowed them over a year to investigate your activity, found a document missing or so I thought and then, only then did the investigator decide to apply “INACTIVE” status to my company. (At this time, I had decided that enough was enough and went directly to the Federal Ministry of Justice and gave them my complete denuncia of who was involved and the series of events leading up to my company being processed by the Receita Federal.

Truth 3 – In the past: HENRIQUE EDUARDO FERREIRA WASJFELD, you sent me an email offering me money for my company's power-of-attorney and I ignored this email. (Which I still have in my possession.) You and your partner at that time, did in fact, telephone my ex-wife and told her you had a proposition for me to make money. I was there at that time and told her to hang-up the telephone. I wanted nothing to do with you and your partner. And, only after I did not respond to your email offering me payment weekly for a power-of-attorney allowing you to use my company, you decided to go ahead a produce with computer software a fraudulent power-of-attorney and used same to transact millions in business criminally using my company. Your partner who assisted you in producing the fraudulent power-of-attorney told me to my face exactly how you and him produced the fraudulent power-of-attorney.

Truth 4 – Present day: HENRIQUE EDUARDO FERREIRA WASJFELD, you and I were waiting to go into a Judge's conference chamber (Forum - Largo do Batalha, Niterói, RJ) you Henrique agreed to help me discover information pertaining to a certain individual and in exchange, I agreed to take this internet blog off of the internet and signed an agreement to do so.

Truth 5 – Present day: HENRIQUE EDUARDO FERREIRA WASJFELD, you have not keep your word right from the day we shook hands in the Forum (Forum - Largo do Batalha, Niterói, RJ). As evidenced by the fact that you, to date, have failed to keep your word to me, for this fact and others this blog will remain on the internet.

Truth 6 – Present day: I will state for the record as I have done prior beginning in 2002, again and again, that I will make myself available to the authorities for the purpose of sitting down with them and submitting to a polygraph examination of all the fact which I have stated here on these internet web pages. Now, I ask you, “will you do the same”? Come on boy let´s do it!

Truth 7 – Present day: So, let us pray that you HENRIQUE EDUARDO FERREIRA WASJFELD, set a time and date for us to meet at the local Policia Federal Delagacia (Brazil´s FBI office), when and where you can admit to your crimes against me, my partner and company. Thereby removing this unbearable burden off of my shoulders which I have been bearing for over twenty years now and which has kept me from engaging in legitimate enterprises, earning a living and living like a normal human being.

God forgives but first kneeling down and begging for forgiveness becomes an act of continued acceptance of His presence and word in our hearts and souls.
