A man you know, once a good friend, commits a crime against you, your partner, your shipping agent and your import/export company that results in you receiving a fine totaling nearly three million (R$3.000.000,00) Brazilian dollars and to top it off, he sues you for bad mouthing him on your internet blog (this blog) because you want to see justice finally knock this liar for a loop!

Come on liar let´s take lie detector tests and see what´s what. No, you will never take a lie detector test because it will show you for what you really are.... a liar!

Oh my friendly readers and enemies (for sure), read on because there is a lot more contained on this blog.

When a person is confronted with an accusation of them having commited a crime and they respond with, "DO YOU HAVE ANY PROOF?" that kind of says it all now does it not?

An innocent person definitely does not and will not responde with the answer "DO YOU HAVE ANY PROOF?" because it automatically places the onus of guilt on them.

Complete denial of the facts are the normal response, and then to respond with, "I HAVEN´T BEEN FOUND GUILTY YET, once again tells me what I suspect and need to know.

Let´s take a few steps back in time:

Received an intimação to appear at the local office of the Receita Federal (2003/04). I did so without hesitation. After my initial interview with the the official agent of the Receita Federal (Brazil`s IRS) who was conducting an investigation as to why my company was found to have made various transfers of money, internationally, amounting to more than a million dollars without adhering to the laws governing such transfers of money. Boy oh boy, prior to this, I was in fact advised by informed individuals as to some of the crimes Rico had committed thereby involving me, my associates and my company. Rico had managed to import illegal substances including Cytotec (abortion pills), anabolizante, etc., etc. without government approval.

Later, I asked the Delegado at Receita Federal, "this could have only been accomplished with direct assistance by someone inside the Receita Federal, no?" He just shrugged his shoulders as if to say, "what can I do?" I began to lose hope at that point though I followed up on Rico´s criminal case movement for some years and kept in touch with the prosecutors. All a very sad turn of events how things get lost in the shuffle here and justice gets swept under the rug. A sad statement for the judicial system.

Now let´s jump forward in time:

I walk into a church on a Sunday evening expecting to see a person who I know for a fact committed a crime against me, my company and my partner many, many years ago (starting in 2002) and with the results of same crime leaving me with a fine which now amounts to approximately three million (R$3.000.000,00) reais.

How do I know for sure he committed a crime against me? From various statements from people who had been personally involved with him during this period in which he committed said crimes, to include a full-blown telephone-tapping investigation conducted by the Federal Police in which his gang of fifteen people and a few government officials were arrested and charged with several crimes when the same investigation was concluded. The legal part of the criminal process started when I first walked in to the Federal Prosecutor´s Office and gave my statements (two) against Henrique Eduardo Ferreira Wadjfeld and others.

Back to the church event -I walk into this church located in Itaipu, Niterói and see this fellow Henrique standing by the entrance to the meeting hall where the church held its Sunday meetings referred to as cultos. He is greeting the people as they walk in to participate and he sees me approach. He stays in place greeting people and I am now figuring he must be an integral part of the church to hold such a position greeting everybody. I walk up to him and we shake hands. “Long time no-see Rico!, I say. He responds cordially with a big hello. I respond with, “I have a fine of three million reais against me because of the fraudulent power of attorney you produced to use my company without my permission” and “ I know you did this because your ex-partner told me you and him used a certain software to produce the fraudulent power of attorney. ”Rico answered with “ I don´t know anything about this but why don`t you go back to him and ask him about it.” I shook my head in disbelief because he was denying everything even though he knew about my statements to the authorities many years prior –he knew that I was aware of everything he did and was playing innocent with me.

I continued to stand there just watching him as he greeted the people. Rico`s wife appeared and she remembered me after all these years. He introduced us and she froze for a minute upon confirmation of her recognition of me. We exchanged pleasantries and she disappeared in to the cult meeting. A person walked by and Rico turned to me and said in English “mother-fucker” –a heavy curse word not to be used lightly or at all inside a church greeting people. He then asked me if I wanted a hamburger. I answered “sure.” I grabbed a hamburger and a coke at a small food service inside the church, when he mentioned that he may have a project that might interest me. I gave him my telephone number, left the church and never heard from him again except for passing a message to each other on Whatsapp which I have kept.

I recounted this story to my partner Sergio and my despachante Milton who had also suffered because of Rico`s crimes and keeping in mind that they both went to his church, cornered him in front of his wife and many church attendees and accused of him of everything that I mentioned here prior. Sergio and Milton told me he broke down, cried and admitted everything he had done. His wife admitted she had knowledge of the crime as well and added that Rico was now “saved” by Christ. Personally, what I thought from all this is that Rico and his wife gave a real entertaining show for the church attendees. “Saved?” After him calling a church attendee a mother-fucker behind their back? A wolf can put on sheep`s clothing but he still smells like a wolf --know what I mean?

Another jump of five years forward:

The next time I ran into Rico was about five years later in April, 2024, at a small claims court because he was suing me for damages to his person and life caused by my publishing this blog. (This situation and turn of events being a bit ludicrous to me but nevertheless serious.) You see a week or so prior to this court date, I went to the office of the public defender with all requisite and necessary documentation for them to be able to represent me. The attorney`s aide called me in and informed me that yes, in fact, I did qualify for their representation but the attorney would not be able to take my case. This did not surprise me at all considering all the events leading up to this.

Now keep this in mind –here I am in the middle of April, 2024 and since the middle of February, 2024, I had been fighting a vicious case of pneumonia++ and had gone through five (5) perscriptions of antibiotics (all documented) –that is fifty (50) days worth of some very strong antibiotics plus cough medicine, pain relievers and anti-fever medication. Now, let´s add the fact that I have Pulmonary Emphysema (documented) and at the same time I was diagnosed with pneumonia, I was also diagnosed with a fractured rib (documented) –a plastic lawn chair broke and a leg caught me in the ribcage. Because I was so sick with pneumonia, I had forgotten about the chair accident and when the results from the tomography came back the doctor told me that I not only had pneumonia but that I also had a fractured rib. Then I realized why my cough was really killing me with pain from each cough. I forgot about the chair –can you believe it? I didn´t even pay attention to the discoloring black and blue on my side. Don´t ask! This stuff only happens to me.

So, now you`ve found God, are heavily involved in a prosperous church and I am correct to suspect you have got a marvelous tax-free business. What a truly wonderful way to operate on the level you are used to operating -free of government interference, a good cash flow and asset protection beyond compare. Does the word laundering mean anything to you? Are you still calling your church attendees "mother-fuckers" when they walk in for a culto?

Your criminal actions caused a fine of three million reais (R$3.000.000,00) being levied against me, my partner Sergio and our company FCE by the Brazilian government. How are you going to pay the fine? With your church assets and tax-free money?
